Headache, cough, upper respiratory tract infections, sinus inflammation, stomach discomfort,   tremors, voice change, palpitations, and voice change. Most side effects do not require any medical help and resolve as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, it is important to contact a doctor if they become bothersome or persist longer.

Your doctor will advise you on how you need to use Foracort Rotacaps. You may notice noticeable improvement within a few days but reach its maximum benefit after a few weeks. For this medicine to be effective, it is important to use it regularly, even if you do not have symptoms. Stopping the medication early may make your symptoms worse. It is not intended to relieve sudden shortness of breath. If sudden breathing difficulties occur, use your rescue inhaler as your doctor prescribes. Furthermore, to benefit from the medicine, you must ensure you properly use the inhaler; otherwise, Foracort rotacaps do not work either.
